What CompAeros provides
CompAeros provides aircraft marketplace intelligence, mission-fit comparison tools, deal room workflows, AI-assisted research tools, and related platform services to help buyers, brokers, and operators make more informed aircraft acquisition decisions.
What CompAeros does not provide
CompAeros is not any of the following, and nothing on the platform constitutes:
- Aviation brokerage or dealership services. CompAeros is not a licensed aircraft broker, dealer, or agent in any jurisdiction.
- Airworthiness determination. No content on this platform assesses or certifies the airworthiness of any specific aircraft. Airworthiness must be determined by an authorised person under applicable aviation regulations.
- Financial or investment advice. Aircraft price estimates, market comparables, and cost models are intelligence tools, not valuations or appraisals. Do not rely on them as the basis for a financial decision without independent advice.
- Legal advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice. Consult a qualified aviation lawyer before signing any aircraft purchase agreement.
- Insurance advice. Aircraft insurance requirements vary by jurisdiction, aircraft type, and intended operation. Consult a licensed aviation insurance broker.
- Maintenance or airworthiness advice. Maintenance reserve estimates are illustrative only. Always consult a licensed aircraft maintenance engineer.
- Flight planning. This platform does not provide flight planning services or operational information.
Aircraft listings
Listings on the platform are provided for informational purposes only. CompAeros does not guarantee listing accuracy, aircraft availability, seller responsiveness, or the completeness of any listing. Before making an acquisition decision, you must independently verify logbooks, title, liens, damage history, maintenance status, and regulatory compliance directly with the seller or their authorised representative.
AI-generated content
Some platform features use AI to generate research summaries, candidate rankings, and outreach drafts. AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before acting on it or sending it.
User responsibilities
You agree to use the platform lawfully, provide accurate information during onboarding, not use AI Broker tools to send unsolicited commercial communications in violation of applicable laws, and comply with all applicable aviation regulations in your jurisdiction.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompAeros is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform, reliance on platform data, or any aircraft transaction. The platform is provided as-is.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
